Establish a perfect quality management team.
According to the specific production conditions of the workshop, choose experienced, technical quality inspectors to build a quality management team, according to the company’s requirements, spot test raw material and product on time strictly.
Improve quality testing equipment.
According to the production and customer needs, gradually improve the workshop laboratory, such as: carbon black tester, moisture detector, ash tester, melt finger tester, experimental blown film machine, injection molding machine, tablet press and so on.
Quality Supporting Measures
The quality inspectors should take sample testing strictly of every in-coming raw material by the rules of company, if the quality is unqualified, the inspector must send it back. Check the production and test products on time every day, if there is any problem, they should inform the production manager immediately, let the technicist to check and work out.
